The lofty living room affords wooded views to the back and a large deck to enjoy and take it all in. Separate upstairs master quarters gives one the feeling of being perched at the top of a treehouse, and the walkout bottom level is complete with a full bathroom and two bedrooms. Waterville Estates is a stay-and-play destination: Clubhouse complete with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, poolside bar, indoor lounge, great food and all the fun! In the winter enjoy three main trails and 1,550 vertical feet at our own Campton Mountain Ski Area with a full service bar. Come make this house your home in the White Mountains!
