The home features a fantastic view, a driveway for up to 2 cars, and is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Monthly rent includes city water, lawn care, and garbage services. The house has central heating and air conditioning (heat pump) and full-size washer and dryer hookups (machines not supplied). A credit application and background check are required for all potential tenants. Small pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee of $400 per pet, limited to 2 indoor-only pets. We do not allow subletting, all tenants have to submit credit/background check and application fee is $45.00 each(we invite you to apply). Tenant is responsible for electrical, cable/internet, phone. We do allow a max of 2 small indoor pets and require a $400/ fee per pet. We also require renters insurance.
