Welcome to our basement unit in our newly built home. This unit is located in the basement of our home but it has 3 large windows in the living room and bedroom that let in so much light you don't feel below ground. You would have to enter through our front door but you have a lockable door at the top of the stairs. The kitchenette has a mid size refrigerator, hot plate, and microwave. The bedroom contains a queen size bed with a walk in closet. The living room has a couch with a pull out queen size bed, a tv with Apple TV and a bistro table for dining. It is furnished with towels, extra sheets and some storage under the stairs. Utilities included in rent. No smoking.
