Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate starting May 1st! Rent is $1,225 for this private room (with double doors near the kitchen) and you would share a bathroom but have your own sink. The property is the upstairs unit of a unique house located in La Mesa near the 125 and 8 freeways. We have a garage/driveway, three balconies, three entrances, and in-unit laundry. To really understand the layout of the property, message me for a tour! Our current lease goes until September 2025. You would be subletting, as one roommate is moving out early, and you have the option to renew for another year afterwards if you'd like :) We each have cats so we're looking for someone cat-friendly/not allergic. For parking, we have a two-car garage and plenty of street parking.
