    This house was built in 1994 and is all original except for the heat pump which was replaced in 2008. Upstairs has a main large room with a bed and bath to each side and a smallish kitchen open to the main room. Downstairs has a large main room with a bed and bath with utility on one side and a single car garage on the other. The house is due for a remodel, roof, paint, etc. That is why this is listed as one of the least expensive houses on the lake. I will be doing some of the remodel items this off season and the price of the home will increase as these get done. I figured someone would want to buy the place and choose for themselves whether they want a shingled roof or a metal roof, what color, what sort of flooring etc. Plus I am going to add the typical contractor mark up on any work that I do. So this price may change as work gets done. If someone out there wants to do the work themselves or do a flip this is a good opportunity and is among the least expensive places on lake martin. For less than rent on a moderate apartment you can have a big house with a big lot on a huge lake, and one of the nicest lakes in the country at that. I am not a fan of that stupid game that the real estate professionals require every one play of asking far more than you will take and offering far less than you are willing to pay and playing tennis with offers. I have decided what my bottom line is and am willing to tell you up front.
