No Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and in common areas of the building. Violation may lead to lease termination and additional cleaning or damage charges. Condo Complex Rules and Regulations Tenant agrees to follow all HOA/condo association rules, including but not limited to: Noise restrictions Proper use of shared facilities Garbage disposal procedures Guest and parking policies A copy of the condo regulations will be provided and must be acknowledged in writing.
