Are you planning to build in the area and are looking to "plug your kids into the community?" The home is 15 min to Hill Air Force Base, 30 min to SLC International Airport, 2 min to private Mountain Green airport, 15 min to the gondola at Snowbasin, where you can ski in the winter and mountain bike in the summer. Great schools with a new middle school in the neighborhood that has basketball court, soccer field, etc. If you have done your homework, you know many Delta pilots and military live in Mountain Green, and it is nearly impossible to find a rental house here.
