There is a closet, plus included furnishing of: twin size Murphy Bed, solid wood "Tall Boy" chest-of-drawers; granite table top; very comfortable chair with ottoman ; large antique rattan wicker basket to hold bedding material. All bedding material is included, including memory foam topper, mattress pad, sheets, comforter with duvet cover, pillows, etc. Towels, soap, shampoo all provided. The room is carpeted with a very nice commercial grade berber. The kitchenette, 8 ft. x 10 ft., includes a solid maple kitchen table (with 2 folding sides for various sized configurations), 4 chairs, kitchen cabinets, portable dishwasher, microwave, sink and modern refrigerator with glass shelves. There is a counter-top induction cooktop but no built-in stove. There is a panini grill and counter-top small oven, coffee grinder, Keurig coffee maker and nice Panasonic toaster-oven; cookware, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, utensils, etc. are also provided. The floor is nicely tiled with a commercial grade porcelain tile. The bathroom is fully tiled with a beautiful porcelain multi-color pattern, including the shower. The shower has an upgraded thicker clear glass and modern ventilation to prevent mildew. Large private patio garden area included with bbq, outdoor chairs and glass tabletop.
