RENT COLLECTION AND DEPOSIT: Monthly rent for this house is $850. Deposit is $850 and is due at the time of signing the contract. For ease of our tenants we do all rent collection through an online automated service. You can auto pay or pay with a credit card each month. The application process is for all individuals 18 or older living in the house. The application fee is $39.99/person which includes a criminal history and credit history check.
