This is a real treehouse, in a tree! 11' up in an oak tree, to be exact. It's currently open-air (and roofed), but it's constructed with standard door and window openings should you desire to fully enclose it. Don't read anything into the Zestimate. Zillow has struggled for years to understand the two additional buildings as well as the full size of the property. Ever since Zestimates became a thing, it has been inaccurate.
