    Thank you for your interest in renting the 3-bedroom house on the farm that we manage north of Sabula. The property for rent includes a 3-bedroom house and accompanying garage, machine shed, and other buildings. The house consists of a kitchen, 1 bathroom, one bedroom, and living room/dining room on the first floor with 2 bedrooms and half bathroom on the second floor. If you are interested in pursuing the rental of the property further, please complete the attached application and return to our office with the $15 application fee as soon as possible. We will review applications as received and arrange to show the property to qualifying applicants. The lease is for a minimum of 6 months and then will continue on a monthly basis. The rent is $675 per month. A deposit of $675 will also be required at the signing of the lease as well as the last month's rent. This house is on an acreage that is roughly 2.5 acres. This acreage is an operating cattle lot and grain producing farm. The tenant shall be responsible for all utilities, garbage, half mile long drive snow removal and lawn care. Pets permitted outside only.
