One application must be submitted for each adult that will be living in the home. Each application must include $25.00 cash and that will need to be in exact change as we do not have change in the office. You will need your Drivers License or State issued ID and your last two pay stubs. We do NOT do a credit check, we do a background check, which will include prior evictions.
