Heritage Village is a covenant controlled community located at the southwest corner of Orchard Road and Holly Street, adjacent to the Koelbel Regional Library in Centennial. We are a close-knit neighborhood of 430 homes. Heritage Village residents take pride in their properties and common area facilities. We have two private outdoor pools with adjacent building facilities and six private tennis courts. Our membership is actively involved in several social events throughout the year, all of which are sponsored by the HOA. We offer professional lessons to support our children’s swim and tennis teams, as well as our adult USTA men’s and women’s tennis teams.
