The house is situated on a 40-acre farm with panoramic bay views and a farm market and u-pick at the top of one of the tallest hills on Old Mission. 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom, parking, laundry. Amenities include light recreational use of the property, laundry and an amazing view and outdoor living space. The location is hard to beat--a five minute drive to Traverse City and the Old Mission Peninsula School, with immediate access to hiking on the farm and a quick downhill ride to some of the best road biking in Michigan. The house has one next door neighbor on the farm, and the market and u-pick are bustling during cherry and apple harvest, but the location is quite secluded and quiet after early evening. The farm is a satellite of our larger operation, so farm traffic is limited to periodic visits by tractors and crews. Tenant is responsible for gas, wifi and electric utilities. 12 month lease, renewable annually. No smoking, no pets. Due to proximity to the farm, pets are not negotiable.
