The pastures will run 100 head of cattle and will produce 3-4 bales of hay per acre. It has some mature timber, and a blend of hardwoods with many different varieties of oak trees, including red, black and white, as well as hickory and black walnut trees. There are also the beautiful dogwoods and redbuds, and fruit trees including paw paws and persimmons, along with the short leaf pines and cedars. The topography has a great combination of ridges and draws, benches and south facing slopes. There are beautiful rock outcroppings as well as some waterfalls.
