3 bedroom , one story cottage with modern kitchen and bath. On 12 acres with playground, pond and creek. Management on property. All utilities included: gas, electric, Comcast cable, wireless internet, trash removal. Monthly rental, minimum 3 months. No partial months are allowed. Furnished or unfurnished. Maximum 5 people. One dog allowed with signed Pet Agreement. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets onto property. Absolutely no other pets, including but not limited to cats and birdsm are allowed. First and last month's rent and a cleaning/damage deposit of $1000 due at time of acceptance of lease. Thirty days notice of intent to vacate required or cleaning/damage deposit will be forfeited. Landlord may terminate the rental agreement by providing tenant 30 days notice of termination of agreement. Landlord allowed to enter property to check condition or show property with 48 hours notice, but may enter at any time without notice if there is an emergency. Tenant is responsible for maintaining unit in clean and safe condition, including keeping access from driveway to entry door free of snow and ice. No more than 3 people are allowed as overnight guests. Landlord may authorize guests staying more than one week for reasonable amount of time. An additional charge may be assessed for guests staying more than one week.
