All persons living in home that are 18 or over must fill out application. Forms and reports need to be completed before application can be considered. Applications are approved or denied in order of completion. If more than one application is approved, then first person(s) to sign and pay lease fees takes priority. We cannot "hold" any houses with a down payment. No applicant can have a history of violent behavior. Criminal history will be considered on a case by case basis. No applicant can have a history of sexual offenses. No bankruptcies pending or in process, discharged bankruptcies must be at least 2 years old to be considered.
