Renter is responsible for: Gas Electricity Water Lawn maintenance The lawn must be cut every two weeks during the summer months to make sure we are meeting HOA requirements. The A/C Filter must be changed regularly bleach is to be poured in as well. Dogs are to be approved by the landlord and there will be a non refundable pet deposit. The home does come with solar panels and a security system. Once you move in everything will have to be updated to the new tenants name. There will be no smoking at all inside the home! We will be conducting home visits every 3 months to be sure the home is maintained and in the event the home needs any kind of repair please advise the landlord immediately to get someone out to repair.
