Hi, Private room with private bathroom available in shared house. Access to the kitchen and living room are available though my wife works from home and takes meetings near the kitchen so we'd ask you to be respectful of that. She's also a light sleeper even though the rooms are across the house from each other. Having Roomates isn't always ideal and I've had my experiences of both great and not so great Roomates over the years. I still rent an apartment in LA and sublease rooms so I'm familiar with having tenants. We hope we can find a great roommate and hope we can provide a home to someone who needs a place like ours! We are an 9 out of 10 for cleaning. We clean once a week or every other week and would hope for the same with you. Please let me know if you have any other questions. We'd love to give you a tour of the room and interview you if interested. A month to month lease allows for the greatest flexibility for both parties. Most tenants stay over 1 year, some have stayed 5+ years. A contract will be in place. Ask for details after the tour.
