Style and construction year is consistent with Dilbeck though documents are lacking. Sq. ft. shown does not show finished basement with fireplace. House has interesting history--ask about the lavender carpet. Plenty of room for pool. Large deck for entertaining. Is part of Maple Ridge era though located at 61st & Harvard. Limestone block contains fossils. Chandelier in dining room from Tulsa's La Maison which reportedly won an award for this design. Lighting piece brought from other residence and fits well here. It was commissioned in early 1980s by corrupt local politician--now deceased.
