A sanctuary for your refuge in these trying times. We recently had a roommate move in with his SO, and are looking to fill his room in this beautiful home. We live communally and make each others' safety in this space our top priority. We even come loaded with sanitizers and clorox wipes :) The roommates are: T - 35, Female, Sales Rep (working from home) A - 36, Male, Electrician (working on essential projects) C - 31, Male, Marketing (works from home) M - 23, Female, Associate for Restoration Hardware R & D - Two adorable and friendly French Bulldogs! We love our pets but cannot accommodate any other furry friends at this time. The room is on the second story with dimensions 11 x 12 ft with a full closet and big bay window. You would share the large full bathroom with one other tenant, which has plenty of extra storage. We are currently asking $1475/month with a 1-month lease, after which the agreement will be month-to-month. Landlords pay ALL UTILITIES as well as a monthly gardener and house cleaner. We also recently installed a home security system to keep our tenants, belongings, and bulldogs safe! The garage includes a tiki bar with kegerator as well as gorilla racks with storage. You would have access to a full rack of your own. The kitchen and living spaces are well-stocked with furniture and dishes.
