Open house Saturday 3/20/21 8:00-8:45am. This is a cozy single family home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is currently vacant and includes all appliances except for washer and dryer. Washer and dryer hookup are available inside the home, it just needs the actual appliance. We're pretty flexible overall due to the one caveat below. Important We need to use the garage and most of the yard space for storage. Tenant would NOT have use of the garage and part of the yard. However, the tenant would still have plenty of room to park one or two vehicles. We will be parking work trailers onsite. One more thing to mention. The home has kind of a funky layout. You must walk through the kitchen and the laundry area in order to get to the bathroom. Tenants would pay all utilities. We're flexible with lease terms and conditions.
