The Centennial Hills neighborhood is minutes from hiking, parks, fishing, shopping, dining, Valley of Fire, Tulie Springs, Gilcrease farms, and nightlife. Enjoy a day swim in the pool & an evening of drinks and fun in the SPA . This apartment has a full kitchen stocked with all the appliances you would need, full bathroom including tub and shower, fireplace in bedroom and wood floors throughout! Small dogs (50 lbs or less) are allowed. Dogs must be kept on leash when outside of the property per Las Vegas ordinance. Enjoy a day swim in the pool & an evening of drinks and fun in the SPA. Small portable washer/dry in apartment. Laundry pick up service available for additional fee. Owner lives on the property. Extra guest fee applies after 2nd person. Extra guest fee will equal 30 % of nightly rate for each night. Max occupancy is 4 people. NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. ALL GUESTS MUST BE AGE 25 Years or older. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Free parking in the driveway of the property. Dogs ARE allowed, owner must clean up after pets daily. This is a month to month for the first year.
