Propane tank provided - renter pays for propane. The house has a woodstove and free firewood available on the property. Great for working from home! Our driveway: Our mile driveway is a very steep Santa Cruz Mountain Road that is not maintained by the county. You are required to have a 4WD or AWD vehicle. We will make an exception for RWD, if you are willing to park at the bottom when the road gets muddy and hike in and out, which will happen at least a few days every winter. Sorry, no FWD vehicles allowed.
