It's also close to Central Market, Sprouts, and several local taco joints and coffee shops, with easy access to the airport and main highways (Ben White, MoPac, I-35). Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No commercial photography, parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. No Saturday check-outs. Adult dogs only, must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and a cleaning fee may be charged for any signs of paws or fur on furniture. Please clean up after your dog, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied if signs of smoking are found indoors. If personal items are left behind at the property, a $45 handling fee applies, in addition to the actual shipping cost, to cover the time and materials required for packaging and mailing. To keep our homes well-maintained and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly require that all primary renters be at least 26 years of age.
