There is no laundry facility on site, but there is a laundromat within 300 feet of building located on 59th Street, for easy access and convenience. There are also many stores and restuarants, etc., within walking distance of the unit. Access from the unit to the interstate highway system is very close, within a mile MOL. The area is not a high crime area and the owner/manager frequently visits the facility inspecting for unwanted trespassers, or other unwanted visitors, to maintain a measure of security for the units and tenant comfort and security. Water and garbage is included with the rent. At no time is there provision for bulk trash (i.e. furniture, etc.) disposal provided, or allowed on the premises, for anyone, ever. Tenant pays for their electricity, which is the only need utility for the tenant. The lease is a one (1) term, with month to month agreed extension thereafter, for continued tenancy. At no time is subletting allowed or permited by any tenant, his is a deal breaker and cause for eviction. Vicious animals, such as pitbulls, or rottwiellers, are not ever permited on the premises, by anyone, tenant, or visitors, this is a deal breaker.
