January 2006 purchase price covered both residences at 5901 and 5903 Gibsontown Road. These adjacent houses were completely gutted/renovated in 2001-05 by an interior designer and his wife (editor of Traditional Home magazine). The houses were written up in publications (including Chesapeake Life and Old Home Renovation). Since the 2006 purchase, a new dock and an underground sprinkler system have been added.
