The home has a very private, large back yard and a wrap around deck that are both surrounded by trees to make perfectly shaded spaces to enjoy evenings outdoors - even during the hottest parts of summer. You can even choose the walk out basement and have an entire floor to yourself! Guests have shared access to a kitchen, main and second floor bathrooms, as well as a washer and dryer. Smart locks get you into the home and into your room easily with a personal code so you know your space is secure without having to worry about keys.
