we have added a shower to the bathroom downstairs. remolded the bathroom upstairs with a toto automatic toilet,bathtub with power jets and flashing mood lights and a motion sensitive sink with all new Italian tiles. we blew out the small kitchen and took down the wall separating the kitchen and dining room. all new applianes ,walls,moulding. took up carpet and put in all hardwood floors. turned downstairs to a man cave with new tiled floor and new fridge,washing machine and dryer and installed sump pump and new water heater.also bought big shed for storage outside and put on new roof and driveway and fixed backdoor patio with new pavers and added sunsetter-s
