It's a one story, 2 bed/2 bath with an additional sun room (that has Separate plug in ac/heat unit) and fenced in backyard. Pets are allowed & there are NO breed restrictions. The home is an end unit so there is only one person next to you (she is an older retired lady who I never had any problems with). There is a parking pad with space for two vehicles. Prefer 1 year lease, but longer is welcomed. The only photos I have where before I purchased home. Main difference is the bedroom doesn't have the wallpaper border anymore and the kitchen is red. Also there is at attic your welcome to store stuff in. The deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage aside from normal wear & tear. Additional amount of $65 due every month to neighborhood association. This fee covers water, trash, front lawn maintenance, and community bug spray.
