Welcome to our beautiful pond house in Lincoln, Maine! This charming property is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The house is situated right on the shores of the Center pond, providing stunning views of the water from every room. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The interior of the house is cozy and inviting, with rustic decor and comfortable furnishings. The living room features a pullout couch and comfortable seating, perfect for curling up with a good book, playing board games or enjoying a movie night with the family. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up delicious meals during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a dining area with seating for 8 where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the beautiful pond views. There is a beautiful three season room with 12 windows overlooking the pond. Outside, the house has a spacious deck with plenty of seating, as well as a grill for outdoor cooking. The pond is just steps away, and there is a private dock where you can swim, fish, or kayak. Lincoln is a charming town with plenty to do, including hiking, fishing, and exploring the local shops and restaurants. Our lake house is the perfect home base for your Maine adventure. We look forward to welcoming you to our house and helping you create unforgettable memories with your family and friends! Owner pays for utilities and internet. Renter is responsible for brining trash and recyclables to the transfer station. The sticker is posted on the refrigerator door. No smoking allowed any where on the perimeter. There's plenty of parking in the driveway and in the front yard. Small pets (up to 20 pounds) permitted. An additional $50/month is required for each pet. A minimal lease of 1 month is required. Last month's rent is due at signing.
