The backyard garage/studio has a 2nd bathroom and a large indoor/outdoor space for ping pong, TV or a home office. The washer/dryer is in the garage with easy access from the house. The outdoor space goes on and on...there is a basketball court and a trampoline, a gas BBQ and smoker, a hammock and volleyball net, a patio and table for outdoor dining, clean and green synthetic lawn in the back and green grass in the front yard. The gardens are well-landscaped with roses and lavender and daisies. If you look closely between the trees (in winter) there is a view of Mt. Tam! This house is a wonderful experience for families with kids who need/want to be walkable to Mill Valley schools or who need/want to enjoy the walkability of Sycamore Park. We are less than a mile from downtown Mill Valley, for date night! The backyard is fenced and we allow pets, dogs or cats.
