Hello. I like to let you know that there is a 1 BR unit available at New Providence Garden, as of Oct. 1st. I have to break my lease, but like to make you aware of this nice unit, which among other things is on THE SECOND FLOOR (which affords more security and a better view). Also, the unit is nice in that it is at the center of a courtyard (in the main photo, you can see some suitcases in front of the door unit). The place feels spacious for its size (500 ft2), with hardwood floor, a long living room with a lot of windows, a decent size bedroom, reasonably size bathroom and kitchen, and three closets. The unit does not have AC, but I installed an AC in the bedroom, which you can have if you like! The bedroom does not have a closet, but I bought a nice portable closet from IKEA, which you can also have if you like. A laundry unit is below the unit in the basement (cannot hear). One big draw is that it is within walking distance of many shops and stores, such as AP Supermarket, Starbucks, Chipotle, CVS and a number of restaurants. The neighbors are nice and quiet. The maintenance service at New Providence Garden is always prompt. Parking lot is available. Heat is included (warm in the winter), as well as hot water (hot pretty quickly) Rent starts at $1235 for the small 1 BR (500 ft2) for a new tenant.
