I got this apt before the corona virus but because of some changes of employment (again because of the virus) I may need to leave Boston to California. This is garden level studio in Brighton and close to Star market and whole foods. The heat and water are included in the rent. You will have to pay for the WiFi and electricity. The rent is $1340 which I think is a great price compared to other studios (with similar size, parking, specs) in this neighborhood. Other details: - It is minutes away from Green line B. - it has a few closets - The apt has an exclusive parking spot as well. - The kitchen is sort of separate from the room, shown in the pics. - Laundry is on site. Basically there are multiple buildings belonged to the same entity. The laundry is in adjacent building (seconds walk from the apt). - No broker fee. Just first month (July) and last month (August). In case you want to extend for the next year you will have to sign the contract with landlord. Also I'm selling a few furniture items such as bed (with box, frame, mattress) + desk + microwave + fan and some other items with a negotiable price.
