If you have things you would rather have in the space, I can move the stuff out. It is at the back of a normal sized city lot. There is space for gardening if interested. A queen sized bed with no box spring on the floor of the loft, is very cozy.. You need to be able bodied to climb the loft to queen bed, they are steep stairs. There is a shower and a toilet. There are 2 electric wall heaters. Electric on demand hot water. A nice covered sitting area outside on a porch. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. This includes garbage, Comcast internet, electric heat and water.
