Primary Lease includes: Washer / dryer / fridge / electric stove-top + oven Rules: - No pets - No smoking - No loud parties Electric and internet are the responsibility of the subletter. Internet is $75/mo and electric usually is between $175 and $350 depending on your usage of hot water and laundry. Water and basic yard maintenance is included. Off street parking is included for up to 4 cars.
