Property manager also requires an additional insurance policy that covers damages at a cost of approximately $10/month. Leasing, rent payments, routine and emergency repair requests and general property management are managed by a local property manager. 6. Maximum two pets considered, with an additional refundable $300 deposit/pet barring damage. We accept Zillow applications (which securely provides credit report information), or equivalent. Income history and projections of income during the rental period, reserve funds, mortgage or rent payment history, and contacts of previous property manager/owners must be documented and included with the application.
