Rent is 634/ month and utilities is between 20-40/ month. Security deposit is waved and I will pay for 150 administrative fee. Room and apartment is fully furnished. Cable Internet WI-FI trash service and parking is free. There is a 24/7 clubhouse and gym with a sauna steam room tanning bed study room with computers and free printing pool table/other games and a year round pool (turns into hot tub in winter). There are also two fire pits and grills along with a sand volleyball area. There is also a free shuttle bus that goes to UCCS as well.
