Comes furnished with a queen bed (new memory foam mattress). Also with an office desk and small TV if needed. The house also has a Patio, backyard and a small Balcony. It's in a gated community, and hence really secure. The house has 3 rooms and am only renting out one. I'll be staying in the other one. The 3rd room is gaming room. I am a fun, down to earth, clean and chill person. I respect other people's privacy. If you're cool enough, we can play PS5 together sometime ;-) JK, nerds are welcome too. Serious inquiries only.
