Renter responsible for water whidh should average about $130/month. No smoking allowed indoors. There is a balcony at the front door with a great view for smoking. One off-street parking spot is included. If you have a second vehicle parked on the street, you must remember to move it regularly to avoid it being towed by the City. No subletting allowed. Owner will fix anything that is broken. Renter will pay for repairs when responsible for damage. Most repairs will be performed by owner @ no labor expense. Renter is responsible for cleaning the dryer lint trap after every use for effective operation. Renter is responsible for removing sand from body and clothing before entering the apartment to prevent sewer backup. Renter is responsible for keeping the BBQ clean to prevent grease fires. Renter shall expect 2-5 days of construction noise and vacate their off-street parking space while solar panels are installed on the apartment roof as soon as we can get our permit.
