There's quick access to Sedona via 89A, and to Interstate 17 via SR 260 to Phoenix or to Flagstaff. The huge pine trees and other well-maintained landscaping within the HOA provide shade and beauty. The home is in excellent condition with newer, high-end loop carpeting, also wood flooring and tiled baths, new, stainless kitchen appliances, dishwasher, stacked front-loading washer/dryer, vaulted ceilings, all new interior paint, ceiling fans, and more. There's a dedicated (covered) carport parking spot close by, as well as on-street parking close to the unit. The home features a covered sitting patio, and an outside storage closet. The utility bills are all -very- reasonable (water, gas, elec.). Landlord pays HOA dues and garbage. Internet or TV service is optional, but no antennas or dishes are allowed. The home is approximately 941 sq ft, it is very well laid out. It features an open great room with vaulted ceilings, two bedrooms, a main bathroom as well as a master bath. The large master bedroom easily accommodates a king bed and other large furniture, and features a big large walk-in closet with many built-in cabinets. Note: There are no common amenities in the HOA- meaning no pool or club house, no play area, no picnic areas, etc. however Planet Fitness is only a block away, parks are close by, and there is good walking in the immediate area. The master bedroom measures 12' x 11' 7", the master closet measures 8' 6" x 6' 8", and the 2nd bedroom measures 10' 2" x 10' 5", and has a small closet.
