This home has had updates done through out. Since 2016 there has been all new flooring installed (except in Rec room which is tile),new windows and sliding doors. New water heater and dishwasher 2021. All other appliances in except the range were replaced new in 2016. Deck was stained a couple of years ago. All the bathrooms have been updated. including New tile(except owners bath which was coated by Specialized Refinishing Co.), toilets, vanities, lighting were replaced. Freshly painted.
