Living room is empty. There is a main floor bedroom that can be used as an office or sleeping quarters as there is a main floor full bathroom next to it. The garage can fit 2 cars and you'll have access to my tools if needed. The basement rec room area is mostly empty and has rowing and elliptical machines for your use. The "bonus room" and storage area will be locked for my personal use. The deck, porch, and stone patio have outdoor furniture and a nice Weber BBQ for your enjoyment. My nice washer and dryer will stay. There is a whole house backup generator so power outages are handled! The home is located just 9min from Downtown Evergreen and Evergreen Lake, 25min from Colorado Mills shopping area, 45min from Downtown Denver or the Denver Tech Center, and about 1hr from the airport. About 300yds away is a great 80 acre hiking area and a 4min drive gets you to 480 acres of open space to explore. My neighborhood is a tight knit group of homeowners willing to lend a hand if you need it. Utilities paid by renter are as follows: Depending on use...Electric is about $100/mo in summer and $240 in winter (assuming hot tub is running) and propane is $200/mo. Internet is $120/mo.
