For those who need a furnished home in Evergreen less than a year or who want to learn about the area before buying a house, my home is being offered for rent with several unique considerations so please read through everything before reaching out. AND ALSO, I live here so please don't visit unannounced. The rental period will be from September 2025 through May 2026 and could be flexible. Home offered furnished only. I could be flexible, but no guarantee, on pets depending on type, size, training, etc. High speed internet (400MB down/30MB up) and several streaming channels are included. My home is on a private well and septic system so FREE water and sewer, but I will need to know you're comfortable using such systems. Living in winter is pretty easy here with a south facing driveway and a county maintained crushed asphalt road, but you will need an all wheel drive vehicle and be comfortable driving in these conditions. You will have access to my new snow-blower. Finally, you'll have access to my newer luxury Bluetooth enabled hot tub so please let me know if you're comfortable with maintaining a hot tub! Pictured bedrooms 2&3 show my daughter's furniture that will be replaced with Full Size beds and a dresser. The master bedroom has a King Tempurpedic bed. Dining room and family room are furnished as pictured. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. Living room is empty. There is a main floor bedroom that is empty and can be used as an office or sleeping quarters as there is a main floor full bathroom next to it. The garage can fit 3 cars and you'll have access to my tools if needed. The basement rec room area is mostly empty and has rowing and elliptical machines for your use. The home is located just 9min from Downtown Evergreen and Evergreen Lake, 25min from Colorado Mills shopping area, 45min from Downtown Denver or the Tech Center, and about 1hr from the airport. About 300yds away is a great 80 acre hiking area and a 4min drive gets you to 480 acres of open space to explore. My neighborhood is a tight knit group of homeowners willing to lend a hand if you need it. Happy to discuss everything you just read. I can be flexible but ideally, the lease term is 9 months from sometime in Sept 2025 through May 2026. Pets are negotiable depending on type, size, training, etc. No smoking or vaping of any kind.
