The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Pod coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, measuring cups and spoons, spatula, can opener, cooking spoons, large frying pan with lid, cookie sheet, serving spoons, two large saucepans with lids, coffee mugs, cutting board, wine and beer opener, colander, chef knives, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, sponge dishcloth, dinner plates, bowls, water glasses, salad plates, silverware, and wine glasses. The bathroom includes washcloths, hand towels, bath towels, bathmat, small garbage can, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and bleach tablets. The living room offers comfortable seating for 2 guests, Internet TV service, Satellite Cable, DVD Blu-Ray player, Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bedroom features 1 queen bed, dresser, nightstands, and a large closet. Outdoors, enjoy a gas propane grill, barbeque grill space, tongs, cleaning brush, fire ring, chairs for 2 around the fire pit, and a spacious deck with comfortable outdoor furniture. The driveway is long and made of gravel, providing plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Motorcycles are not recommended due to the gravel drive, but the driveway and yard are mostly flat. No parking on the grass. FarmView is located just 25 minutes from the heart of the Red River Gorge, a prime location for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers. You can explore the stunning rock formations, hike scenic trails, or try your hand at rock climbing. The area also offers opportunities for kayaking, zip-lining, and wildlife watching. After a day of adventure, return to the comfort of FarmView to relax and recharge. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or departing late will result in additional charges. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. A minimum of $350 per pet will be charged for pets brought to non-pet-friendly cabins or for pets that were not pre-approved. Occasionally, guests may experience weather conditions or power outages that are out of the host's control. The hosts will do all they can to assist but are not responsible for issues beyond their control. The owners make every effort to keep the hot tubs functioning perfectly, as they are the most requested amenity. However, mechanical problems may occur that cannot be resolved quickly in this remote area and no refunds are made if this occurs.
