We have a strict no smoking policy. We prefer not to have pets as we have barn cats that roam free and keep the mice at bay. If you feel like you've got a dog that could keep from chasing/attacking them we will consider this. We are very strict about barking, and about cleaning up dog poop in the yard. If approved for a pet we have a $75 per pet per month fee as well as an additional pet deposit. Renter pays fixed utilities of $375/Month with includes all utilities & internet except garbage/recycling which must be put in tenant's name and managed directly by tenant. If power or gas usage is above last years average, this amount would be adjusted on the following lease. Parking is off-street, but uncovered. The lot is shared with the owners who live on the property. There is a specified area of the property that is set aside for use with the rental, the full property (3 acres) is not available to tenants. Tenants will agree to do a credit check prior to approval.
