The house currently is set up with two double beds but a queen sized bed can be added if requested. Washer and dryer in the basement. Note: non-smoking, no pets policy (but let me know your specific pet circumstances and we can discuss). Flat fee of $400/month to cover all utitlies including water/sewer, water, gas, electrical, wifi. No EV charging allowed unless guest adopts the electrical bill. For stays greater than 3 months you may also simply put all utilities in your name. $2500 refundable security deposit Background/credit/prior landlord check. For homeowners without a recent landlord reference, proof of current/recent home ownership will suffice. Service animals allowed with certificate of medical necessity. Minimum 60 days, maximum until June 2025 but this may be negotiable.
