Clean, cozy little home nestled in on a beautiful property that feels very private but is very close to town (5 minutes from Safeway, Target, Walmart, etc.) The house has a private deck. Master BR has a walk-in closet and bathroom, and the home also includes its own washer and dryer. Owners pay for trash and water; renters pay electric and propane. No smoking. Extra $500 deposit required for pets (cats and small dogs okay; no large dogs). The property does not have a garage, but it does have a carport for covered parking. Also, the property is shared. Owners live in the main house, which is approximately 100-150ft away from the front door. (We like to think we're pretty cool and easy to live with, but we realize that's not everyone's schtick, so in case that's a deal breaker, there you have it.)
