The house is located in University Retreat. The Bedroom is located upstairs of the house. Full private bath room and walk in closet. Room mates are awesome! 2 go to William Peace University and play softball, and the other goes to Wakefield. My bedroom has a balcony that is shared with one other room. Down stairs is fully furnished, so all that you need is bedroom furniture. The community is for college students only, so it is tons of fun and a lot of events to take part in. The house is on the first row of the retreat, which is walking distance to the pool. I am subleasing my room because I am transferring back home.
