I have a friend that only comes home at night around 11:00 pm to sleep in the couch and wakes up very early to go to work. Weekends he will not be there. He is a very nice friend and this is a temporary situation. You have access to all of the Apartment and amenities, and there is a television with cable in your room. It is a resort style living amid the rolling hills above Malibu. For $1000.00 you will have furnished bedroom and your own bathroom with all the amenities included. The apartment features a gourmet kitchen, stackable washer and dryer and a private balcony. Enjoy the four pools and spas, a bi level fitness center, as well as basketball and tennis courts. The main pool includes complimentary Wi Fi, cabanas, two outdoor fireplace lounges, an outdoor kitchen with barbeque grills, and a waterfall. Apartment is just minutes from Malibu Beach and numerous hiking trails. It feels like your at a fine hotel.
