Since that time we have done a lot of work on the outside and some on the inside. Each year we do something different. How can this house go down $ 8,000 ? We are not selling, so I don,t need a realtor to price my house. Whoever took the picture of our home such as Zillow used it to price our home. The people who live on my street take care of their home. Our neighborhood is not torn up. It is nice and quiet. The neighbors look out for you. US Realty has price this home as $74,068 and is listed as public record I agree with this estimate because we have spent a lot of money to improve this house. It also fit homes comparable to mine.
